TBrA Campaign – Graphic Designer Brief
About the Project
TheBoardroom Africa (TBrA) is a pioneering leadership platform advancing gender-balanced leadership by connecting high-performing African women to board and executive roles. In collaboration with AMAKA Fractional Teams, we’re launching a digital campaign to drive enrolment for two upcoming executive education cohorts, the ESG Certificate Programme and the Certificate in Modern Board Direction (CMBD) starting July 2, 2025.
We’re seeking a skilled graphic designer to support the paid advertising rollout by creating bold, professional, and conversion-driven graphics optimized for LinkedIn and Facebook.
Scope of Work
Ad Creative Design:
Design high-impact static creatives - Static posters, Carousels and Short videos including motion graphics that align with TBrA’s tone, confident, professional, and contemporary.
Brand Alignment:
Ensure all visuals are consistent with TBrA’s brand identity and campaign guidelines. We’ll provide assets like logos, fonts, past materials, and brand colour codes.
Platform Optimization:
Deliver creatives tailored for each platform’s best practices:
- LinkedIn (carousels, statics, testimonial graphics)
- Facebook (posters, countdown visuals, retargeting assets)
- Adapted versions for Instagram stories, feed and highlights
Speed & Collaboration:
Work closely with the Project Lead to meet a fast-paced 4-week rollout. Must be responsive to feedback and quick with revisions.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong visual storytelling with a clean, executive aesthetic
- Proficiency with Canva or Adobe Suite (Canva preferred)
- Experience designing for LinkedIn or B2B advertising is a plus
- Eye for typography, hierarchy, and clean layout
- Ability to work quickly with professionalism under short turnarounds
