All Things Africa’s Know Your Roots is a private and premium dinner event honouring those preserving African culture & heritage. Guests will enjoy a cultural experience that blends reflection, celebration, and connection. One key moment is a live quiz segment designed to engage attendees in learning and sharing African knowledge, history, language, music, and proverbs through a set of beautifully designed, educational quiz cards.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Graphic designer to create a cohesive, elegant set of 15–20 quiz cards for print use. These will be used during the “Know Your Roots” live quiz moment at the dinner.

Budget: £300 (inclusive of design, materials, and delivery)

Ideal Background:

• Strong graphic design experience with print layout skills
• Aesthetically fluent in African or diasporic design references
• Ability to create clean, visually rich cards that balance clarity with culture
• Familiarity with preparing files for professional printing

• Vibrant, culturally rooted visual identity across the card set
• Typography, pattern, or iconography that reflects African heritage
• Design that feels premium, authentic, enjoyable - this is an enjoyable learning experience
